“Steps”-Exhibition at the Gallery 2025/26
Sometimes the first step feels as if you were walking on glass. You never knew whether it would carry you or break beneath you.
I remember that feeling well. I’ve always loved the gallery’s motto, “Art Loves Courage,” but the fear of failing is a constant companion.
That sense of being stuck: we’ve all experienced it. So have I. And that was exactly why we created the exhibition at the time: “The First Step”
We celebrated the opening on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the Art Loves Courage Gallery, a wonderful group show featuring works by Juli Schupa, Rina Pavar, Natalja Grebenjuk, Florentine Joop, Anne Schlesinger and yours truly.
An on an an icy November evening, we did it all again at the midisage. The gallery felt wonderfully warm and cozy. I was delighted to see some distinguished guests and the artists of the exhibition. And, of course, to experience moving stories, inspiring conversations, and brand-new artworks.
Because it was so beautiful, we’re continuing right away!
On January 31st, 2026, we’ll be celebrating the finissage together .
